DESCRIPTION
Bed of therapeutic content.
Object of the invention.
The object of the present invention is a therapeutic bed comprising a platform arranged on a support structure and user support means; said bed presenting characteristics oriented to facilitate the immobilization or physical containment of the user in a comfortable, fast and safe way, using electromagnetic means.
State of the art.
The mechanical or physical content is an exceptional therapeutic measure aimed at the partial or generalized immobilization of the body of a patient, in those cases in which it is necessary to prevent injuries to the person (self-harm, accidental coffee); prevent injuries to third parties, be they other patients or health personnel; or for other reasons that advise such content.
Currently, the devices used for the physical containment of a user on a bed or a resting platform comprise a set of straps with means of buckle-type closure, contact closure or the like to surround those parts of the body to be fastened such as wrists, ankles or waist.
These devices, generally applied on beds, present a series of inconveniences that affect both the user and the personnel in charge of using them to achieve a correct immobilization of the user or patient.
Among these drawbacks, it is worth mentioning: the possibility of excessive tightening of the limbs, which can be harmful and uncomfortable for the user; difficulty placing and adjusting to the patient's measurements; provide a

unpleasant image of the immobilized patient; short product durability due to belt wear; or the inconvenience of using the bed due to the presence of the belts the containment device, although this device is not being used.
The applicant of the present invention is unaware of the existence of other antecedents of beds and devices of therapeutic content that solve the exposed problem and that present a characteristic similar to that which is the object of the present invention.
Description of the invention.
The therapeutic content bed object of this invention, comprising a platform arranged on a support structure and patient support or restraint means; It presents constructive particularities oriented to solve the problematic exposed previously.
For this, and in accordance with the invention, this bed comprises electromagnets fixed on the platform and connected to an electric circuit for activating and deactivating them; and adjustable clamps intended to be positioned around those parts to be immobilized from the patient's body, for example wrist and ankle; incorporating said adjustable clamps ferromagnetic pieces that establish its closure and its immobilization with respect to the bed by the action of the electromagnets; and pneumatic inflation means for adjustment to the area to be immobilized of the patient.
According to the invention, each of the clamps comprises two pieces articulated by one of their ends by means of a rotation axis and arranged at the opposite ends of the corresponding ferromagnetic closing and immobilization pieces to the bed; delimiting the clamps in the closing position an inner passage for the disposition of that part to be immobilized from the user's body.

With the characteristics described above, both the positioning and immobilization of the patient on the bed is carried out in a quick, comfortable and simple way, since it is enough to position the clamps on the body parts to be immobilized and approximate them the electromagnets, previously activated, to that said electromagnets automatically perform the closure and immobilization of the clamps with respect to the bed by the actuation of the electromagnets on the ferromagnetic parts of the clamps.
In accordance with the invention, and in order to facilitate the adjustment of the clamps to the user in a quick and simple manner, said clamps have an inflatable pad for adjusting the section of the interior passage on the inside of the articulated parts; said inflatable pad being connected to an inflation device integrated in the clamp and controlled by a push button.
This inflatable pad allows to adjust the section of the inner passage to the section of that part of the body of the user to be immobilized, for example a wrist or ankle.
The regulation of the clamps by pneumatic inflation is a relevant feature of the invention since it facilitates its adjustment to the wrists and ankles of the user and improves the comfort of the patient user.
These and other features of the invention will be more easily understood in view of the exemplary embodiment shown in the attached figures.
Description of the figures.
To complement the description that is being made and in order to facilitate the understanding of the features of the invention, a set of drawings is attached to the present specification in which, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, the following has been represented:
- Figure 1 shows a perspective view of an example of embodiment of the

closed clamps and in a position of immobilization with respect to the bed.
- Figure 2 shows an exploded view of the containment bed, without the clamps.
- Figures 3a and 3b show a perspective view of individual clamps suitable for holding an ankle and a wrist of the patient respectively.
- Figure 4 shows an exploded perspective view of the clamp in which the different constituent parts of any of the clamps of the previous figure can be seen.
- Figure 5 shows a perspective view of one of the clamps in the open position.
Preferred embodiment of the invention.
The therapeutic content bed shown in Figure 1 comprises a platform (1) formed in a non-ferromagnetic material, in this case concrete aluminum, arranged on a support structure (2) comprising a laminated wood panel (21) provided with support legs (22); the platform (1) being fixed on the structure (2) by means of screws (11).
A mattress (3) forming a support area of the user is arranged on the central area of the platform, leaving a perimeter area of the platform free of which electromagnets (4) are fixed by means of screws (41).
In the example shown the electromagnets are arranged forming alignments on two opposite sides of the platform (1), and the electromagnets (4) of each alignment are covered by a cover (42) of a non-ferromagnetic material, specifically in this case aluminum, which forms a contact surface of clamps (5a, 5b) of retention of the user by magnetic attraction

of electromagnets.
The covers (42) are fixed on the support structure (1) by means of screws (43) shown in Figure 2; the electromagnets (5) being connected to an electrical circuit (44) of activation and deactivation, represented in this case by means of a connection and disconnection switch to an electrical power source.
As can be seen in Figures 3a and 3b, the clamps (5a, 5b) have the same structures and shapes suitable for fastening different parts of the body, specifically in this case an ankle and a wrist respectively.
As can be seen in Figure 4, said clamps (5a, 5b) comprise two pieces (51, 52) articulated by one of their ends by means of a rotation axis (53); arranging ferromagnetic pieces (54, 55) for closing and immobilizing the clamp on the bed at opposite ends when said ferromagnetic parts (54, 55) are arranged in the field of action of electromagnets (4) such as It is shown in figure 1.
The ferromagnetic parts (54, 55) are fixed to the respective articulated parts (51.52) by means of fixing screws (56).
To facilitate the placement of the clamps around a part of the user's body, simply open the clamps, as shown in Figure 5.
In the closed position shown in Figures 3a and 3b, the clamps (5a, 5b) delimit an inner passage for the arrangement of the part to be fastened of the user's body.
As shown in Figures 3 to 5, the clamps (5a, 5b) have an inflatable pad (57) articulated on the inner face of an inflatable pad (57) for adjusting the section of the inner landscape of the clamps, which allows adjusting said clamps (5a, 5b) in the closed position to the ankle or wrist of the user.
Said inflatable pad (57) is connected to an inflation device (not shown), integrated in the clamp and controlled by a push button (58).
By actuating said push button (58) it is possible to control the inflation and deflation of the inflatable pad (57) to adjust the clamps to the dimensions of the wrists and ankles of the user.
10 Once the nature of the invention has been sufficiently described, as well as an example of a preferred embodiment, it is stated to the appropriate effects that the materials, shape, size and arrangement of the described elements may be modified, provided that this does not imply alteration of the essential features of the invention that are claimed below.
